The Opportunity We are looking for a resourceful individual to provide marketing support while working in a highly collaborative team environment.
What the Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator does Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced graphic software.
Develops and execute brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
Manages sales professionals’ social media accounts and ensure regular posts/interactions
Manages the day-to-day marketing operations of the team and its client projects.
Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence, and other records.
Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Other duties may be assigned.
What We Require University degree or equivalent from 2-year college, required.
1-2 years’ experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals is preferred.
Experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign.
Analytical thinker with solid marketing knowledge and web publishing skills.
