Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individual treatment plans utilizing cognitive and behavioural approaches
• Attend family therapy sessions and patient reviews
• Conduct outreach calls to families and educators
• Facilitate and document group therapy sessions
• Report and address patient safety events proactively
Requirements:
• Degree in social work, child and youth care, or related fields
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in educational settings
• Ability to adhere to ethical standards of care
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Must pass TCI certification training
