DHL Express currentlyhas an opening for a Part Time Retail Store - Customer Service position in our Edmonton, AB retail location location at 4410 17st NW. The purpose of this role is helping customer at the retail counter with shipping inquiries and pickup up freight; plus other inquiries. Shift: Monday 15:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00 and Sunday 11:00-17:00. Wage: $23.38/hour and will increase as per the CBA.

How will you contribute?

Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming environment.

Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.





Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Representing DHL (Uniform and Tidiness).

Accurate scanning and inspection of OB shipments.

All other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

Ability to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 70 lbs per piece, throughout shift.

Physical Inspection Certificate Required

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and on-time within tight time constraints.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Meet security requirements

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the DHL operations system.

High School Diploma

All applicants are required to pass interviews, a criminal check and other background check in order to qualify for the position.
