You will interface with departments like Sales and Customer Service to enhance order management and fulfill customer demands effectively while analyzing trends in inventory. Reporting to the Manager of Order Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate inventory based on business priorities and supply limits
• Collaborate with sales and planning teams for product fulfillment




• Monitor shipment status and customer demand proactively
• Resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment concerns
• Analyze trends to improve customer service performance

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Logistics
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Experience in CPG, Food, or Textiles sectors required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and supply chain software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
