Key Responsibilities:
• Order catering supplies while staying within budget
• Prepare and cook food adhering to hygiene standards
• Clean utensils, crockery, and maintain kitchen cleanliness

• Contribute to the company’s safety culture through compliance
Requirements:
• Ships Cook Certificate of Competency
• Marine Emergency Duties training
• Transport Canada Marine Medical certification
• Relevant first aid and safety certifications
• Understanding of pollution regulations and safety processes
