Mandall Immigration Law seeks a Client Intake Specialist to handle evening and weekend inquiries for a fully remote role based in Canada. You will be the first voice clients hear, qualifying and routing consultations with our lawyers while building trust and comfort for anxious callers.
Strong spoken English and knowledge of Canadian immigration services are essential. Experience in onboarding, call handling, and a quick-paced, client-facing environment is highly valued.
