Strides Toronto is looking for casual Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapists to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Make a difference with group and individual therapy focused on skill acquisition.

In this role, you will provide tailored ABA services to youth, working on communication, behavior management, and daily living skills. Additionally, you will educate caregivers to foster a supportive learning workplace in their homes, reinforcing your impact beyond therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct ABA interventions to children and youth
• Report client progress to families regularly
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans
• Offer caregiver education and resources
• Maintain detailed client documentation

Requirements:
• 3-year diploma or Bachelor's in Behavioral Science
• At least 2 years working with children with autism
• Understanding of ABA principles and autism
• Knowledge of Ontario Autism Program dynamics
• Connections with community support services
