Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair building systems and perform general maintenance tasks in our residential communities in Canada. You will use hand tools, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills to keep units in positive repair.
This role requires 2+ years of experience, a relevant trade or certification, access to a vehicle, and willingness to on-call rotation. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.
