Stelumar is seeking a full-time CAD/CAM Engineer to enhance our cabinetry manufacturing processes. This role emphasizes strong technical expertise, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop CAD standards, maintain libraries, and optimize CAM integration to ensure every product meets our high quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop CAD templates and parametric models
• Translate designs into production-ready specs
• Collaborate with design teams for manufacturability
• Optimize CAM integration for production workflows
• Troubleshoot production challenges with shop teams

Requirements:
• Degree in Manufacturing or related field
• 3-5 years of CAD experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of woodworking processes and materials
• Proficiency in imos iX, Microvellum, or similar
• Familiarity with CNC programming
