This role involves direct resident care including bath and shower assistance, mobility support, and nutritional aid during meal times. You will work alongside a dedicated team to implement care plans and ensure residents receive meaningful support. Ideal candidates should have experience in a continuing care workplace and hold a Personal Care Aide Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene
• Support resident transfers using mechanical lifts and equipment
• Provide feeding assistance during meals and snacks




• Conduct routine treatments under nurse supervision
• Facilitate resident participation in social and therapy activities

Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in continuing care
• Completion of recognized PCA/HCA Certificate Course
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Active registration with CLHA
• Post-secondary education considered an asset
