About the Role Our client is seeking a vibrant and creative Educational Playgroup Leader to facilitate engaging group sessions for young children in Kimberley . This role involves creating a fun, protected, and interactive environment where children can learn through play, develop social skills, and explore their creativity. You will be responsible for planning and leading weekly sessions, managing group dynamics, and ensuring a positive experience for both children and parents. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, experienced in early childhood engagement, and passionate about fostering early development in a group setting.
Key Responsibilities Plan and lead stimulating and age-appropriate playgroup activities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and their parents.
Encourage social interaction, communication, and cooperative play among children.
Manage group dynamics effectively and ensure positive engagement.




Provide feedback to parents on their child's participation and development.
Maintain a well-organized and tidy play space.
Requirements Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to plan and execute creative activities for young children.
A warm, enthusiastic, and patient personality.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
First Aid certification is advantageous.
