Intermediate Digital Health Services Coordinator/Business Analyst to support health system partners with a province-wide digital health strategy (Hybrid preferred, Regina SK).
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Digital Health Services Coordinator/Business Analyst to support health system partners with a province-wide digital health strategy ( On-site preferred, Regina SK ) .

Overview:

This is a net-current function supporting a province-wide digital health strategy, with no existing team or playbook to step into. The role provides service management and operational coordination after digital health initiatives go live, monitoring KPIs and service quality, leading stakeholder engagement across all health partner organizations, and driving continuous improvement and change management across provincial digital health services. The successful candidate will act as a centralized resource ensuring digital initiatives stay aligned and sequenced with provincial objectives.

Must-Haves:

3-5 years' experience in Project Coordination/Business Analysis

Experience building or standing up a service management function or process

Cross-organizational stakeholder facilitation: workshops , requirements gathering , presenting findings across multiple external groups

Strong ability to translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups

Experience with Microsoft suite and/or SharePoint

Nice-to-Haves:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Certification in Change Management, PMI, and/or Business Analysis

Knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan healthcare system

Excellent writing skills, including business cases, reports, plans, and proposals

Responsibilities:

Deliver service management through operational coordination and monitoring following initiative implementation





Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement of digital services

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus building across all health partner organizations

Coordinate enhancement of existing projects for long‑term transformation

Ensure change management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization

Provide back‑up for administrative support functions when needed

Translate seamlessly between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups

Act as a centralized resource providing alignment and oversight across projects
