Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a BilingualFinancial Advisor - English & French. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support critical banking operations within a highly regulated environment, ensuring high levels of accuracy and client service. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $33.61/hr

Responsibilities

Support clients in managing their finances by reviewing and processing documents submitted by branch partners

Ensure documents meet legal and internal requirements, following up as needed for incomplete or incorrect submissions

Interpret complex legal documents related to Power of Attorney requests and other legal updates

Work in a highly regulated environment, maintaining current knowledge of provincial legislation and internal policies

Manage incomplete or inconsistent submissions, escalating issues appropriately

Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate resolution and maintain service standards

Consistently meet or exceed SLA requirements for turnaround and accuracy

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of new procedures

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing sensitive information

Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative work environment

Desired Skill-Set

Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal





Minimum 5 years of banking or financial services experience, preferably within operations or legal document review

Proven experience working in SLA-based roles with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

Comfortable utilizing AI technology and platforms in daily tasks

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

Excellent decision-making abilities and attention to detail

Capable of managing high volumes of work while adhering to deadlines

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

Legal experience involving government or legal documents, including POA files

Familiarity with trade processing, MM and FX products, and related banking operations

Experience with Global and WSS platforms
