Youth Opportunities Unlimited seeks a dynamic Community Youth Hub Worker to manage daily operations and provide individual support. If you have strong communication and de-escalation skills, this position is ideal for you. Additionally, you will work shifts that include evenings and weekends, contributing to a vital community mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily programming within established standards
• Administer assessments and initiate participant plans
• Provide community referrals and support as needed
• Write participant notes and occurrence reports promptly
• Conduct safety checks to meet security needs

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social services or equivalent
• Experience with homelessness, mental health, and trauma
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including overnights
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate Level C
