Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food products as directed
• Set up “mise en place” for high volume production
• Clean kitchen equipment according to safety policies
• Store and rotate food products appropriately
• Communicate effectively with operational teams
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant or prep cook
• Food Safety Certification required
• Cooking school certificate from a recognized institution
• Solid knowledge of cooking methods and best practices
• Ability to work independently and with a team
