This position is crucial for overseeing the daily operations of both the Student Information Systems and Public Education Information Management System. You will provide leadership, ensure data integrity, and coordinate special program data while complying with state requirements. Collaborate with campus and district leaders while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the data governance process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of student data functions
• Ensure compliance with PEIMS and Texas Education Agency requirements




• Coordinate special program data and state reporting
• Manage assigned staff, providing coaching and support
• Implement operational workflows and remedy data discrepancies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in student data management
• Comprehensive knowledge of PEIMS Data Standards
• Solid report writing and data analysis ability
• Experience in project coordination and staff evaluation
