MTtalent is seeking a Licensed Millwright for a heavy-duty manufacturing setting in Bradford, ON. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot complex machinery, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance to keep production running at peak efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-volume maintenance, 433A license (or 4th Year Apprentice), and willingness to certify for forklift and overhead crane. Expect rotating continental shifts and a team-oriented, safety-focused team environment.
