This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well‑being of all personnel on‑site, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site inspections and safety auditsIdentify hazards and implement corrective actionsLead safety meetings and toolbox talksMaintain detailed records of incidents, inspections, and trainingEnsure compliance with Manitoba legislation and company policiesInvestigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measuresCollaborate with site supervisors and workers to promote protected practicesMonitor use of PPE and ensure proper safety signage is in placeSupport emergency response planning and drillsQualificationsCertification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.G., NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent)Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction safety or related fieldIn‑depth knowledge of Manitoba legislation and construction safety standardsStrong communication, leadership,
