Are you an organized maintenance professional with strong SAP expertise and a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to support a high-volume seed processing facility by planning preventive maintenance activities, coordinating contractors, managing inventory, and maintaining SAP master data. This role is essential to minimizing downtime, optimizing maintenance performance, and ensuring equipment reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

A typical day:

- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for internal technicians and external contractors
- Maintain SAP work orders, costing records, master data, and maintenance documentation
- Manage parts inventory, conduct audits, and coordinate procurement of stock and non-stock items
- Obtain contractor and supplier quotations for repairs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects




- Support maintenance performance objectives by reducing downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance

Successful candidates will have:

- Possess 3 to 5 years of maintenance planning experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or plant environment
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP Work Orders, Costing, Stores, and maintenance processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint effectively
- Apply robust organizational, scheduling, communication, and time-management skills
- Maintain a solid mechanical and electrical understanding of industrial equipment and replacement parts
