This role will embed across all business functions—Buying, Marketing, Finance, IT, Graphic Design, Product Development, E‑Commerce, and HR—to identify, pilot, deploy, and manage AI solutions that improve processes, accelerate decision‑making, and unlock competitive advantage.ResponsibilitiesAI Opportunity Discovery:Conduct structured audits across departments, interview leaders and frontline teams, and benchmark YM Inc. against global AI adoption trends.Strategy & Roadmap:Build and maintain a company‑wide AI roadmap prioritized by ROI, feasibility, and strategic fit; present recommendationsand define success metrics.Implementation & Deployment:Lead pilots and phased rollouts of AI tools, coordinate with IT on infrastructure and security, ensure integration with ERP, POS, e‑commerce, and creative platforms; develop documentation, training, and change‑management programs.Governance & Performance:Monitor AI systems for accuracy drift and business impact, maintain responsible AI standards (data privacy, bias mitigation, compliance with Canadian AI and privacy law), and manage vendor relationships.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, technology consulting,
