This role combines expertise in process engineering and automation with a robust emphasis on data-driven improvements. You will leverage skills in ERP/MES integration and material flow to support cross-functional teams and enhance warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize receiving, kitting, staging, and shipping workflows
• Implement automation solutions like pick-to-light and RFID systems
• Analyze cycle-time and throughput for efficiency improvements




• Improve warehouse replenishment logic and line-side delivery
• Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events and waste elimination

Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial or Automation Engineering
• 6-10+ years in warehouse automation or electronics manufacturing
• Strong understanding of material flow and warehouse systems
• Hands-on experience with automation systems and equipment
