About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor / Estimator to oversee renovation projects and prepare accurate project cost estimates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onsite activities, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet established timelines, budgets, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee renovation projects from start to finish.

Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Conduct site inspections to assess project scope, requirements, and challenges.

Prepare detailed estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.

Analyze blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to develop cost breakdowns.





Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to align expectations and project goals.

Manage onsite activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Adjust estimates and project plans as required based on changes to project scope or requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, renovation, or project estimation.

Strong estimating skills with the ability to prepare and present detailed cost analyses.

Robust English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with construction software and estimating tools is an asset.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Commercial construction experience is preferred.
