• Execute consumer intercepts during busy retail hours
• Lead budtender education sessions as per provincial goals
• Engage with customers and provide valuable feedback
• Assist in organizing provincial events with the Sales Manager

Requirements:
• “Selling It Right” certification essential
• 1-2 years in customer service or as a brand ambassador
• Familiarity with cannabis market trends preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required for travel
