Make a difference in the lives of others as a Community Support Worker with Pacific Coast Community Resources. Empower individuals to lead independent lives while ensuring high standards of care.

In this vibrant role, you'll be part of a dedicated team that supports individuals living in staffed homes. Your responsibilities will include advocating for the rights of the people we assist and fostering positive relationships with families and community members. You will also implement Personal Service Plans and help with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for supported persons’ rights and choices
• Build effective interactions with individuals and families
• Empower individuals to participate fully in their community




• Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
• Maintain and document personal health information

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Community Support Worker Diploma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in community services
• Current Emergency First Aid/CPR certifications
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Restricted class 4 driver's license for full time roles
