About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and engaging Security Awareness Trainer to join their team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to develop and deliver impactful security awareness programs from anywhere. You will be responsible for educating employees on cybersecurity best practices, fostering a security-conscious culture, and reducing human-related security risks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for cybersecurity education, and the ability to create compelling training materials. You will work to ensure that all personnel understand their role in protecting the organization's sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and deliver engaging security awareness training programs for all employees.
Create training content, including presentations, workshops, phishing simulations, and online modules.
Educate staff on topics such as phishing, social engineering, password security, and data handling policies.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs and adapt content based on feedback and evolving threats.




Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and awareness training best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in cybersecurity awareness.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex security concepts into easily understandable information.
Familiarity with various e-learning platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
