The role requires a strong background in business process analysis and software configuration. You will liaise with clients, translate their requirements into actionable solutions, and guide them through training and implementation processes. This position allows you to leverage innovative technologies to improve efficiencies and enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document and validate client business processes
• Customize software configurations to meet client objectives




• Assist with data conversion and mapping
• Execute software testing based on requirements
• Facilitate effective communication between teams and clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
