Take your skills to YVR as an Airport Electrician, supporting various essential systems. This full-time role focuses on both preventative and corrective maintenance in a dynamic setting.

With two permanent Electrician positions available, you will work as part of YVR's Facilities Maintenance team. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining generators, lighting, and control systems. A commitment to safety and effective teamwork is critical, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair electrical and mechanical equipment across airport facilities
• Conduct maintenance on lighting and passenger loading bridges
• Troubleshoot switchgear and transformers efficiently




• Manage emergency systems such as fire alarms
• Collaborate closely with team members on safety initiatives

Requirements:
• Three years of related Electrician experience required
• BC Trade Qualification as an Electrician necessary
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Class 5 BC driver's license required
