TR Construction Group, LLC seeks an experienced Service Manager / Field Supervisor to direct daily workflow for our residential plumbing crews, ensure safety and code compliance, and manage the project lifecycle from initial call to invoiced work.
You will read plans, supervise crews, coordinate dispatch, coach technicians, track KPIs, and maintain a positive customer experience. A valid driver's license and WSSC licensure are preferred, with training toward journeyman licensure.
