About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer to join their analytics team in Kimberley . This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights through the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data warehouses. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions , including data models, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards.
Create and maintain reports and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Develop and manage data warehouses and data marts to support reporting and analytical needs.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.




Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI platforms and reports.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development or data warehousing.
Proficiency with SQL and experience in database design and development.
Hands-on experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
