About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Kimberley . This position involves understanding business needs, analyzing requirements, and translating them into effective solutions, often involving system implementations and process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that implemented solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.




Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
