Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and implementing resident programs
• Maintain accurate departmental records of resident participation
• Communicate effectively with residents and families




• Facilitate scheduled outings for residents
• Evaluate daily activities to enhance engagement

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology
• Experience working with seniors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for transporting residents
