Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers professionally via phone and in person

• Conduct vehicle presentations and manage test drives
• Present pricing and help structure customer deals
• Maintain leads and customer relationships using CRM tools

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Must be eligible for a VSA license
• Strong organizational skills and positive attitude
