Join the Wellbriety Centre team as a Thompson Overnight Safety Monitor in a full time capacity. Your role will ensure both participant support and building safety through attentive monitoring during nighttime hours.

This Safety Monitor position involves critical responsibilities under the supervision of the Program Coordinator. You will actively engage with participants to foster emotional well-being, handle incidents with professionalism, and keep communication lines open with management. Checking participant rooms at regular intervals and supporting meal distributions will also be an essential part of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all activity within the Wellbriety Centre
• Provide participant assistance as needed




• Report incidents and fill out damage reports
• Engage positively with participants for their goals
• Help keep the centre clean and organized

Requirements:
• Knowledge of working with vulnerable individuals
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Satisfactory background checks needed at hiring
