Join Fat Bastard Burrito as an Operations Trainer and enhance operational training across our franchise network. Your role will involve coaching, workshops, and hands-on support to ensure brand standards are met.

This position partners with restaurant leadership and District Managers to deliver high-impact training in restaurant operations and food safety. Your experience will help develop both frontline teams and management for operational excellence. Be vital in driving performance through current store openings and ongoing support initiatives while monitoring adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train teams on restaurant operations and food safety
• Partner with leaders to identify performance improvement areas




• Facilitate leadership programs and workshops
• Contribute to training for new store openings
• Provide post-opening coaching and operational support

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant operations or training
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven history of coaching in multi-unit environments
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel frequently
