You will manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and personnel, driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure targets for production volume, quality, and cost are met.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
Manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and utilization.
Lead and develop the operations team, promoting a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental,



and quality regulations within the manufacturing plant.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong background in the FMCG manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and EHS regulations.
