Are you a detail-oriented skilled with financial operations experience?
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $34.54/hr
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to financial institutions to facilitate client transfers
Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information
Follow up promptly to meet daily operational targets
Manage data entry tasks, including updating in-house systems and working with imaging and case management software
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless processing
Participate in daily huddles and team communications to stay aligned on objectives
Maintain high attention to detail and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skill-Set Operations experience in banking or financial services (1-2 years)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities




High technical aptitude with proficient Excel skills, including macros
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional interpersonal skills suitable for client interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Call centre experience
Familiarity with FI Wealth systems, including ISM, EIS, and Ticketing
Banking industry background
Bilingual in French and English
Previous experience with macros and automation tools
