Become a Critical Care Registered Respiratory Therapist, delivering essential services across various medical units. Your skills will be crucial in emergency and intensive care settings.

As a key member of the respiratory therapy team, you will report to the Manager and provide comprehensive care 24/7 in the Ross Tilley Burn Centre, Emergency Department, and more. This role requires excellence in airway management and the ability to respond to critical situations as part of a team. You will also have the chance to educate and supervise less experienced therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ventilation management strategies and care
• Assist in emergency response teams, including Trauma and Code Teams




• Perform intubations and tracheostomy insertions as needed
• Deliver respiratory care to patients across units
• Supervise, educate, and evaluate assigned students

Requirements:
• Current registration with CRTO
• Degree/Diploma from a recognized Respiratory Therapy Program
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Experience in Acute Care and Critical Care environments
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
