Your tasks include repairing equipment components, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting regional branches. You will also prepare your field service truck to ensure readiness for immediate response to customer needs.

• Keep accurate records of parts and services conducted
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain all work areas in a safe,

• Assist leadership in identifying service improvement areas

Requirements:
• Solid technical skills required for repairing heavy equipment
• Apprenticeship completion is preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices
• Understanding agriculture/construction equipment is essential
• Experience with New Holland equipment is advantageous
