Become a Mechanical Maintenance Planner at Irving Pulp & Paper to drive efficiency in our maintenance operations. This role centers on planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance work effectively.

As part of the Irving Pulp & Paper Mill team, you'll collaborate with supervisors and trades staff to ensure optimal maintenance execution. You’ll not only handle work order planning but also manage materials and may supervise small projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop daily and weekly maintenance plans
• Manage administration of work orders
• Collaborate effectively with Reliability Engineers
• Supervise small-scale contractor projects
• Oversee procurement of maintenance materials

Requirements:
• Education in Mechanical Engineering or Trades Certification
• 3-5 years in maintenance supervisory or planning roles
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently
• Experience with CMMS systems, particularly JD Edwards/Oracle
