Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with long-term care standards
• Conduct audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Support staff training and development programs
• Ensure effective communication with families and residents
• Represent the department in inter-disciplinary committees
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of progressive experience in long-term care
• Degree in Nursing, registered with the College of Nurses
• Robust leadership and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare legislation
• Capable of working in a dynamic environment
