Your responsibilities will include visiting patients, administering therapies, and ensuring protected discharges. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer home IV therapy and nutritional care
• Manage parenteral feeding systems for patients




• Ensure patient safety and effective discharges

• Follow NMC Code of Conduct and standards
Requirements:
• Valid nursing registration with the NMC
• Prior experience in home health care is ideal
