As part of OLG, you report to the Senior Manager of Digital Business Analysis. With a focus on stakeholder partnerships, you’ll analyze systems and business requirements while ensuring product initiatives align with strategic goals. Your input will be essential for successful product rollouts and the assessment of KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
• Conduct thorough business and system analysis from inception to support
• Identify and mitigate risks for successful implementation




• Assist Product Owners with cost assessments
• Define business goals and track performance metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business analysis
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Experience with Agile methods and tools like JIRA
• Competence in independent data analysis
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
