EMCO Corporation is looking for a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional technical support to our teammates. Work from Monday to Friday, 11:30am-8pm ET, while providing first-tier troubleshooting for over 300 locations nationwide.

This position offers a full-time opportunity to join the IT Operations Team at EMCO. As a Bilingual IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for remote hardware and software provisioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations for end-users. Candidates must possess legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first line technical support to users across Canada
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of hardware and software issues




• Administer software and hardware provisioning efficiently
• Assist with end-user mobile phone support
• Address user concerns with effective communication

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in computer science or IT
• At least two years in a customer-facing IT role
• Expertise in hardware, software, and networking
• Bilingual in French and English required
• Robust organizational and communication skills
