We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a plumbing distribution branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with solid plumbing product knowledge, sales experience, and a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage branch staff, including sales, counter, warehouse, and operations
Drive branch sales, profitability, and customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, customers, and suppliers
Support and coach the sales team to achieve branch goals
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and day-to-day branch operations
Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient branch environment
Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand customer relationships
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related distribution
Previous people management or branch leadership experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing products and applications
Proven sales and customer relationship skills
Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
