Candidates must have an active RN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). You will utilize your solid clinical skills, particularly in dementia and chronic care, to provide effective nursing support. Strong collaboration and communication abilities will enhance your teamwork with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor residents’ health and well-being
• Safely administer medications and interventions




• Maintain comprehensive documentation of care
• Work alongside LPNs and HCAs for patient safety
• Adapt care strategies to meet individual resident needs

Requirements:
• Active BCCNM RN registration
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Transparent criminal record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
• Recent TB screening and up-to-date health records
• Experience in complex care is advantageous
