Our client is seeking an Intermediate Digital Health Services Coordinator to facilitate a province-wide digital health strategy. This role involves post-implementation service management, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring alignment with provincial objectives. You will lead stakeholder engagement across organizations while driving continuous improvements in digital health services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver service management post-initiative implementation
• Monitor KPIs and perform continuous improvements on services
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement for consensus building




• Coordinate enhancements for long-term project transformation
• Ensure effective change management and issue resolution

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordination/Business Analysis
• Proven track record in service management functions
• Robust stakeholder facilitation skills and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and/or SharePoint
• Ability to bridge business and IT communication
