Cambridge Pro Fab is hiring Welders and Fitters for daytime shifts at our expanding facility in Paris, Ontario. Your craftsmanship will help drive our production of quality components.

As a part of our growth, we are seeking skilled individuals experienced in structural steel fabrication. You will join our existing team at the Brantford location for hands-on training before our recent facility opens. With an emphasis on safety and quality, you'll work on projects that support significant industrial developments and enjoy a 4-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
• Layout work based on engineering estimates and blueprints
• Fit and weld stainless and carbon steel components
• Ensure precision by using metallurgy knowledge
• Use cranes,



forklifts, and ladders with proper training
• Collaborate to achieve daily production objectives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Fitter Welder (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW)
• Must pass welding tests and blueprint reading evaluations
• Current CWB welding certifications preferred
• Physically fit to handle work demands
• Reliable and safety-conscious team member
