A Day in the Life: Assist in the design, prototyping and testing of new curtain wall and facade systems and components.
Conduct hands-on testing to evaluate the performance of façade systems.
Collaborate with designers/drafting/engineering to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize designs for manufacturing and installation efficiency.
Provide hands on technical support as required with both current and previous Flynn jobs.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that recent products and materials meet industry standards and client specifications.
What You Bring: Previous experience with curtain wall or façade systems.




Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency in mechanical tools and equipment.
Problem solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Ability to travel within Canada and the US for up to a week at a time.
