You will engage with individuals facing complex mental health and substance use issues, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This position involves one-on-one therapy, group facilitation, and urgent response for clients with significant functional impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Facilitate access to specialized services and transition plans
• Document client progress and treatment formulations




• Collaborate with community agencies to share mental health resources
• Deliver educational programs and participate in team activities

Requirements:
• Strong clinical expertise in mental health and substance use
