Looking for a specialized clinical practice focused on providing medical-grade foot and nail care. We are not a spa environment.

We provide care to seniors, diabetic clients, and individuals with mobility or health-related challenges in both home and clinic settings.

This is a long-term position. Team members travel to client homes throughout Grey Bruce and also provide care at our clinic location.

For all mobile visits, we provide a dedicated company vehicle and driver so you can focus entirely on patient care rather than driving or logistics.

You will work under the supervision of our Nursing Team (RPNs) and follow structured clinical protocols and care plans.

Seniors and geriatric clients with limited mobility

Diabetic, immunocompromised, or higher-risk clients

Clients with circulation concerns, swelling, or chronic foot issues

Clients who require calm, patient, and professional care

Core Responsibilities

Deliver foot care treatments in client homes and at the clinic while following the care plans and instructions provided by the supervising nurse

Perform therapeutic nail trimming, filing, callus reduction, and routine foot maintenance

Support seniors, diabetic clients,



and clients with mobility concerns

Maintain complete responsibility for the sterilization, transport, and logging of medical instruments

Ensure all tools meet Class B Autoclave sterilization standards

Complete SOAP notes, charting, and other clinical documentation

Assist with infection control procedures and maintaining a clean treatment environment

Monitor for unusual findings and report concerns to the supervising nurse

Requirements

1–2 years of experience providing nail care, foot care, skin maintenance, or related hands-on services

Comfortable working with seniors and vulnerable populations

Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism

Must be comfortable with occasional travel within Grey Bruce

A clean Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) is required

A background in a health-related field such as Medical Office Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Patient Care, Senior Care, or a related health diploma is considered a strong asset

Training will be provided for clinical protocols, infection control, charting, and sterilization procedures

Commitment to patient privacy, clinical ethics, and reliability

Basic English communication skills
